1. What is Airy Linen Fabric?

Linen is an airy, natural fabric made from the fibres. We are using a blend of Pure Cotton and Linen to create this breathable fabric ideal for summers.

2. What material you use to create shorts?

- We use Airy Linen fabric which is comfortable and breathable at the same time.

3. What is Cotton Fabric?

- We use 100% Cotton Fabric to create our easy-going everyday pants to pair up with your Shirts, T-Shirts and Kurtis. Ideal in scorching heat for Indian Hot & Humid Summers.

4. Can we sit on the floor with folded legs by wearing this?

- Yes, you can comfortably sit on the floor with folded legs while wearing our products.

5. Is the white color transparent?

- No, the white color is not transparent but translucent.

6. Does Cotton or Linen contain any synthetic materials?

- No, we use 100% Cotton for making cotton pants and Cotton-Line Blend to make our Airy Linen pants which is again 100% Cotton.

7. Which Cotton fabric is used in garments?

- We use Cotton cambric fabric for creating Cotton Pants. It is a woven, lightweight, and 100% cotton fabric which is highly durable and resistant to wear and tear.

8. Is size guide available on website is true to size

- Yes, I purchased M size. The waist is elasticated at the back and measures about 75 cm.

9. Is Cotton/Airy Linen Pants Transparent?

- No, it is not transparent.

10. What size should I buy if my waist size is 38?

- XXL might fit you. Refer to the size guide it is true to size.

11. Is this stretchable or a straight length pant?

- No, it is not stretchable. It is made of pure cotton, 100% organic breathable fabric.

12. Is it see-through fabric?

- No, The ash grey color that I chose is not so through.

13. Please give the size guide.

- Buy your true size.

14. What is the size of four XL?

-It will easily fit a person with a hip size of 42.

15. Does it shrink after washing?

- No, it won’t shrink after washing, make sure to follow wash care instructions

16. What is the length of these pants?

- These are ankle-length averaged for all Indian women heights.

17. White Cotton Pants is pure white or off-white?

- Half white or pure white? It is full white.

19. Is it stretchable?

- No, it is not stretchable. It is made of 100% pure cotton, a very comfortable and breathable fabric.

20. Do we have in house store of Shrutii?

- We don’t have store of Shrutii as of now.

21. Where is Shrutii’s manufactured?

- We have our in-house manufacturing unit based in Transport Nagar, Jaipur.

22. What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

- We do not collect or store your complete card details. If you suspect unauthorized activity on your card, please report it to your bank immediately.

23. Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, we do ship internationally if your pin code is serviceable with our courier partner.

24. Do you take requests for customization of products?

- Yes, we do customise products on request but only for Bulk Orders. Please email us your requirements at customercare@shrutii.com.

25. How do I know my size?

- We provide a standard size chart on every product page for you to refer to before making a purchase. The measurements are in inches.

26. What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

- We do not collect or store your complete card details. If you suspect un-authorised activity on your card, please report it to your bank immediately.

27. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

- The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Standard shipping takes approximately 7 working days.

28. Can I book an order for delivery to multiple addresses?

- Each order is shipped to a single address. If you want to ship products to different addresses, please place multiple orders.

29. How will I be refunded for a canceled order or a return?

- The refund amount will be credited to your Shrutii account as credit points, which can be used for future purchases.
