Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Shrutii, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If, however, you encounter any issues or need to cancel or exchange an item, we have outlined our policies below to provide a seamless experience.

Return/Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility:  

-Items purchased from Shrutii are eligible for a free return/exchange if they meet the following conditions

-The return/exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

-Item is not damaged, in an unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

 2. Time Limit: 

Please note that return/exchange requests can only be processed within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

 3. Single Exchange/Return:

We provide a one-time exchange/return opportunity. Please ensure that you choose the correct size and color when requesting an exchange for the first time.

 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

In the rare event that the product you receive is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can raise an exchange request on our website.

 5. Returning One Item Purchased During a Combo:

If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

E.g
. If you purchase 2 Airy Linen Shorts for Rs.1189 while one of them is priced at Rs. 699 and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 490 (1189-699). Similar T&C will be applicable in other product categories as well

6. In Exchange for Something Else:

If you prefer an exchange, you are welcome to choose a different product of the same value.

Please note, In case you wish to exchange any product for a lower or higher price product then, we would recommend you to place a new order and simply return the original one.

Return Policy:

1. Return Processing Time:

After you have made a return request to our customer service, it generally takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from your location. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check, which typically takes approximately 2 days. After a successful inspection, we initiate the refund process, which takes an additional 7 business days. The receipt of the refund will be done in the same mode of payment of order initially.

2. Refund Receipt Time:

   - For prepaid orders: You can expect to receive the refund within 7 business days after a successful quality check back to your original mode of payment.

   - For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: The refund will be issued by crediting your Shrutii Wallet with the same amount which you can utilise while ordering again, and you can expect to receive them within 7 business days after a successful quality check.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please raise a request on website for cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order, from Monday to Saturday between 10 am to 7 pm.

Please note that some orders are processed immediately, and cancellation may not always be possible. Any amount paid will be credited back using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For debit card and credit card transfers, the repayment period largely depends on the bank. Banks typically send an SMS notification to customers for credit amounts greater than INR 5000 only. If your refund amount is less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
